Our beer is agricultural and organic because we grow our own barley. Organic farming was the only way we could go: we do not use chemicals, and employ only natural herbicides and fertilisers, applying crop rotation to protect the soil’s natural fertility.

INGREDIENTS
To manage the entire production chain directly and be able to trace all raw materials, we control the malting process, select exclusively organic hops and yeast produced in small quantities, and use the water from our own well. Our cutting-edge production equipment guarantees a product of constant quality over time.
TASTE THE DIFFERENCE
Bottom fermented pale ale with perfect pilsner style hops and a lingering, dry bitter end taste

Top fermented beer in India Pale Ale style with different types of malt cleverly dosed and a hop smash added also by dry hopping

FRED is amber in colour with red highlights; the profile is caramelised with a hint of licorice. The end taste is pleasantly bitter and slightly fruity

VIENNA features the characteristics of the classical European Vienna brewing style beer, highlighting a malty flavour with a pleasant hops end taste. A beer that goes down well.

HELLES is a bottom fermented lager, blond with golden highlights; the froth is white and creamy, the mouthfeel features well-balanced malt and cereal. An excellent drink.
