Our beer is agricultural and organic because we grow our own barley. Organic farming was the only way we could go: we do not use chemicals, and employ only natural herbicides and fertilisers, applying crop rotation to protect the soil’s natural fertility.
To manage the entire production chain directly and be able to trace all raw materials, we control the malting process, select exclusively organic hops and yeast produced in small quantities, and use the water from our own well. Our cutting-edge production equipment guarantees a product of constant quality over time.
