A CONTINUOUS
QUEST FOR QUALITY
Because everything is based on respect for people and the environment, direct management of the production chain and traceability of raw materials.
Organic Farming
The cultivation of cereals goes back a long way in the lovely territory known throughout the world for the Prosecco hills, where agriculture prevails. Our farmland lies on the plain known as Palù, a fertile, natural landscape distinguished by spring water, woods and luscious green fields.
We control the malting process, starting with certified organic barley grown on our own 30 hectares of land.
We select hops grown in small quantities that provide just the right harmony for the ingredients.
Water is decisive for the character of our beer and our well goes deep down to give us this essential ingredient.
Our production and purification equipment is an aid to best practices that reflect our philosophy.
Because we have chosen to match craft practices with automation, we have close control over our production.
You can buy our organic beer directly from our brewery, always open to visitors.
Stefano Gasparini (Treesse)
The choice made by these three brothers is certainly a countertrend against agricultural practices in recent years: they have not invested in vineyards and have chosen to follow the organic protocol to the letter.
